This Privacy Policy explains how Future Prints LLC ("we," "us") collects and uses information when you use FreeMerch and enter our free promotions.
Information we collect
- Entry data: name, email address, phone number, optional social handle
- Verification data: SMS verification status and timestamps; limited delivery metadata from our SMS provider
- Source data: UTM parameters and source tags from QR codes or links (e.g., stadium_table)
- Technical data: basic server logs (IP, user agent) for security and abuse prevention
- Analytics: if enabled, Google Analytics may collect aggregated usage data via cookies or similar technology
How we use information
- Run free entries and SMS phone verification
- Select and contact winners
- Prevent fraud and duplicate entries
- Measure traffic and improve the site
- Send optional drop/announcement emails or SMS only when related to the promotion or if you separately opt in to marketing
SMS / text messages
If you provide a phone number and consent, we use SMS to send a verification code and to contact you if you win. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies (typically 1 verification message, plus winner contact if selected). Reply STOP to opt out of SMS where supported by the carrier path; reply HELP for help. We use a third-party provider (e.g., Twilio) to deliver messages.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the site (hosting, database, SMS, analytics), under instructions to protect your data, or if required by law. Sponsors who buy ad placements receive aggregate traffic statistics, not your personal contact list, unless you separately agree otherwise.
Retention
We keep entry records as long as needed to administer the promotion, comply with law, and maintain winner records. Incomplete pending entries may be deleted after a short period (e.g., 24 hours). You may request deletion of your data by emailing hello@freemerch.co, subject to legal retention needs.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards (HTTPS, restricted database access via service credentials). No method of transmission is 100% secure.
Children
The site and promotions are for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Your choices
- Do not submit the form if you do not want us to process your data for entry
- Use STOP for SMS opt-out where available
- Email us to request access or deletion
- Use browser controls for analytics cookies if GA is enabled
